Our Engagement Model
Because we put you first in everything we do, we offer you two Engagement Models to choose from when working with us. So whether you want the ultimate in flexibility, or greater control over your budget, we have the solution that fits your needs.
Hourly
Our hourly model is perfect if your project's scope and other demands cannot be fully defined at the beginning of the project. This gives you the flexibility you need in case you require changes or modifications at any time during the project. And you only pay for the hours we spend working on the project at the end of every month. Finally, our hourly rates for the hourly model are significantly lower compared to our other engagement model.
Bid
How the bid model works is that we submit to you our maximum bid based on your project requirements. We will then charge you for the actual hours we use to work on your project until we reach the value of the maximum bid we quoted. The great thing about this set-up is that it enables you to have the product that you need within the budget that you set, giving you more control over the money that you spend on a project. This is well suited to you if you are a small organization where meeting strict deadlines and budgets are necessary.
