The rest of the website can be updated as easily as using Microsoft Word. PDF generation was integrated into the site allowing for the creation of internal pdf listing sheets based on the design they had already been using. Now that the agency could create pdf listing sheets on their website, they saved roughly $50 per property. More importantly they did not have to wait for the turnaround time when ordering these listing sheets from outside companies. Listing feeds were created to allow for the automatic sending of listings to popular real estate serch engines.
