Our Web Development Process

1. Planning. Starting a project without a plan is certainly bound for failure. That is why every project we handle goes through the planning stage first. This is where we determine your needs, goals and objectives. Aside from that, we also look into the industry you belong to, your audience and your competitors. From all these, we come up the plan which will serve as the foundation of the entire project.

2. Information Design. Before we even design the graphical elements of your website, we need to know what goes into each page first. Included in this stage is the creation of the website's site map, wireframe, and seeing how to best approach the different personas of your users. We do these things to ensure that all the data flows logically on each page, and that all the elements are designed and written to ensure a positive reaction from the audience.

3. Graphic Design. It's all about the right balance of form and function when it comes to designing the website. What it means is that our designs look great without obscuring the message that you wish to convey. Our Engagement Model

Because we put you first in everything we do, we offer you two Engagement Models to choose from when working with us. So whether you want the ultimate in flexibility, or greater control over your budget, we have the solution that fits your needs.

Hourly

Our hourly model is perfect if your project's scope and other demands cannot be fully defined at the beginning of the project. This gives you the flexibility you need in case you require changes or modifications at any time during the project. And you only pay for the hours we spend working on the project at the end of every month. Finally, our hourly rates for the hourly model are significantly lower compared to our other engagement model.

Bid

How the bid model works is that we submit to you our maximum bid based on your project requirements. We will then charge you for the actual hours we use to work on your project until we reach the value of the maximum bid we quoted. The great thing about this set-up is that it enables you to have the product that you need within the budget that you set, giving you more control over the money that you spend on a project. This is well suited to you if you are a small organization where meeting strict deadlines and budgets are necessary.

How We Quote Our Projects

We always aim to provide our clients with the best quote available. To do this, we employ Risk Analysis. First, we take a look at the potential challenges that come with the project and estimate the amount of time we will spend in developing, managing, testing and providing free 90-day support for the product.

Aside from that, we also take into account the time we need to spend in managing the project, quality assurance, the actual programming, and the client’s desired deadline, especially if the project has very tight deadlines.

How We Manage Your Projects

To ensure that we manage and complete your projects as efficiently as possible, we use what's called the Agile Scrum methodology. It is a project management method that ensures all deadlines are met while providing extra flexibility in meeting your needs change as the project is being developed.

Composed of the Scrum Master (the person who manages the project), the Product Owner (that's you, the client), and the Scrum Team (the teams responsible for specific aspects of the project), we will work together to ensure that all goals and deadlines are met.

It all begins with the product backlog. It’s basically the project’s to-do list that lets everyone keep track of what needs to be done at specific times during the course of the project. Once we have determined what needs to be done, we do the tasks in what is called a sprint. We perform several sprints throughout the project until everything is completed.

We also do the daily scrum. This is where we keep ourselves updated on the progress of the project, as well as to provide solutions to challenges we may have along the way. Doing this enables us to provide you, the Product Owner, with real-time progress reports on the project.
